Everyone has some things they are good at. You may be very honest or you may be very optimistic. Try to see how often you can use your qualities and see the value of using your qualities.

It may sound crazy, but sometimes you have to tell yourself out loud that you can do it! ”I can do it!” or ”I love myself”. You can do this while looking in the mirror. As soon as you do this daily you will notice that you will slowly start to feel it subconsciously.
Be proud of yourself
Did you do something today that you normally find very difficult? Then don’t forget to appreciate yourself for this. Every day is a new day and you learn more and more about yourself. Therefore, do not forget how much progress you are making.
Goals
Sometimes also try to create goals for yourself. What do you really want to achieve In the short or long term? Work yourself towards that. Don’t forget to encourage yourself too.
Self-confidence will not come naturally, but little by little. So give this time and patience.
